Custom Commercial Toy Haulers & Mobile Business Trailers
Your business doesn’t have to stay in one place. Dune Sport builds custom commercial toy haulers and mobile business trailers designed around the way you actually work. From mobile retail and salons to offices, event spaces, repair shops, and specialized workspaces, you can create a trailer with the room, layout, storage, utilities, and features your operation needs. Start with a bumper pull or fifth wheel. Then build from there.
Dune Sport offers custom mobile business trailers to help turn your passion into a thriving business. Whether it’s a food truck, mobile showroom, or specialized workspace, our trailers for business provide exactly what you need with no compromises or limitations.
Tell us how you plan to use your trailer, and build a floor plan around the job. Need additional workspace? Storage? Customer-facing areas? Electrical outlets? Plumbing? A bathroom? A patio? Room for equipment? You’re not locked into a one-size-fits-all commercial trailer.
The result is a mobile workspace that works for your business instead of forcing your business to work around the trailer.
Our custom commercial toy haulers provide flexible mobile business solutions, allowing you to bring your services directly to your clients. With Dune Sport, the possibilities are limitless!
Have something completely different in mind? That’s where custom gets interesting.
Your toy hauler, your rules. At Dune Sport, we understand that your business is unique, and your trailer should be, too. Our easy-to-use online builder lets you customize every aspect of your bumper pull or fifth-wheel toy hauler. From selecting the perfect size and floorplan to choosing the ideal living space features, you have complete control of your commercial RV design. Create a space that perfectly aligns with your business needs and aesthetic preferences.
This trailer was built to be the life of the party. The owner designed this to function as a mobile party hub. There are extra outlets made to power big screens, audio systems, and other party effects. There’s a spot for a bar. And we put in an extra wide side patio to serve as a stage, dance floor, or outdoor chill zone.
This trailer was custom-built for a mobile hair salon service. Check out the hair wash station! No matter the business, Dune Sport can build a trailer perfect for the job.
Why make pets come to the vet when the vet can come to them? This fully custom mobile clinic was built from the ground up for on-the-go spay and neuter services, and it proves there’s no limit to what a Dune Sport commercial trailer can become.
We skipped the traditional toy hauler garage door and added two separate side entrances instead. Inside, the layout is divided into four dedicated rooms: one for kenneling, one for surgery, one for exams, and one for post-op recovery. Wide sliding doors let the team close off each space or open the whole floor plan as needed. Dual slideouts give the surgery room plenty of space to work, and three heavy-duty fold-out medical tables each have their own overhead exam light.
Every inch of this build was designed around the people and pets who use it. That means a smoother day for the staff, a calmer experience for the animals, and real convenience for their owners.
For healthcare workers, it’s hard to find time to shop between long shifts, so this scrubs company brought the store to them. Rows of recessed LED lighting make the showroom bright and inviting. Floor-to-ceiling shelving and hanging racks line the walls, which keeps the center aisle open for easy browsing. Two private changing rooms at the rear let customers try on sizes before they buy. Dark cabinetry and wood-look flooring finish it off with a polished boutique feel, ready to set up anywhere, anytime.

At Dune Sport, we pride ourselves on crafting toy haulers that stand the test of time. Our retail trailers are built with top-notch features for durability and performance.
Our advanced thermal insulation keeps your commercial RV comfortable and functional in various weather conditions so you can operate your business year-round.
Heavy-duty garage flooring is designed to withstand the demands of commercial use, providing a sturdy base for all your business activities.
A well-vented roof system ensures optimal air circulation, reducing humidity and enhancing the overall comfort of your mobile business trailer.
A toy hauler already has something most traditional commercial trailers don’t: it was designed to carry equipment while still providing a functional interior.
That makes it a strong starting point for businesses that need more than an empty box on wheels.
Choose a layout that makes sense for your employees, customers, equipment, inventory, or workflow instead of adapting your business to a predetermined floor plan.
The toy hauler format gives you the flexibility to dedicate significant space to equipment, inventory, displays, tools, or other gear your business needs on the road.
Take your operation to events, worksites, festivals, customer locations, pop-ups, and new markets without being tied to one permanent storefront.
Create a commercial trailer that supports your brand inside and out, from interior finishes and layout choices to an exterior ready for your company graphics or wrap.

No. Start with what your business needs to accomplish inside the trailer: what equipment needs to fit, how many people will use the space, whether customers will enter, and what utilities or work areas you need. Those requirements can help shape the right trailer and layout.
Yes. One advantage of starting with a custom toy hauler is the ability to combine different uses in the same trailer. Depending on your layout, you can dedicate space to the business while still incorporating available RV features for travel or overnight use.
Yes. If your operation requires specific equipment, storage, counters, displays, electrical access, plumbing, or open work areas, those needs can be considered when planning the trailer.
Think about how much interior space you need, the equipment you’ll carry, your tow vehicle, and how often the trailer will move. A bumper pull can make sense when you value a smaller footprint and maneuverability, while a fifth wheel gives you more room for larger or more complex builds.
Yes. The existing salon, entertainment, and other commercial builds are examples of what customers have created, not a fixed list of available designs. A custom commercial build can start with the needs of your specific business.
